Refund policy

At SWARNAPRABHA JEWELS, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return request window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include original tags, certificate(s), invoice, and packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Not show any signs of use, damage, alteration, resizing, or tampering

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at swarnaprabhajewels@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Contact number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos/video of the item and packaging, if applicable

Return requests must be approved by our team before the item is sent back.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received a wrong item
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The item delivered is materially different from what was ordered

After receiving your request, we may ask for photos, videos, or other details to verify the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customised / personalised jewellery
  • Made-to-order items
  • Resized or altered jewellery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, certificates, or invoice
  • Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards

If you are unsure whether your product is eligible, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in approved cases, subject to stock availability.

If you want a different item, the fastest option is:

  1. Request return approval for the original eligible item
  2. Once approved, place a separate new order for the replacement item

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at swarnaprabhajewels@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/video of the package and item
  • Description of the issue

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of:

  • Wrong item sent by us
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Item received damaged

then return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed by us, as applicable.

For all other approved returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, card issuer, UPI app, or payment provider to reflect the amount.

If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval and you have not received the amount, please contact us at swarnaprabhajewels@gmail.com.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will be governed by this Return & Refund Policy.

For customised, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery, cancellation may not be allowed once production has started.
