We ship our orders through Sequel Logistics to help ensure secure handling and delivery of jewellery shipments. Tracking support is available once the order is dispatched.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing it for dispatch.
- Order processing time may vary depending on product availability, order verification, and operational requirements.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working business days unless otherwise stated.
3. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across eligible serviceable locations in India.
- Delivery is subject to service availability at your pin code through our logistics partner.
- In some cases, we may contact you if your delivery location is not serviceable or requires an alternate arrangement.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products, order values, or promotional campaigns.
- Any applicable delivery-related charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, we will share shipment details or tracking information with you through the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
- Tracking updates may take some time to reflect after dispatch.

We will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra charges caused by:

- Customer not being available at the time of delivery

Due to the nature of jewellery products:
- Some orders may require address confirmation, phone verification, OTP confirmation, or signature at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to delay or cancel shipment if we are unable to verify order or delivery details.
- Orders may only be delivered to the person named in the order or an authorized recipient, where applicable.
9. Delivery Attempts
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment may be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-dispatch may be done only after confirmation from the customer and payment of any applicable re-shipping charges.
10. Packaging
All jewellery orders are packed securely to help protect the product during transit. Outer packaging may vary based on product type, order value, and shipping security requirements.
11. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, lost, tampered with, or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving or failing to receive the order.
- Any visible package tampering or damage should be reported immediately, preferably with photos and an unboxing video.
- We will review the issue with the shipping partner and update you after verification.
Please note:
- Claims related to damage, shortage, or tampering may require proper evidence.
- Resolution timelines may depend on investigation by the courier and internal review.
12. Unboxing Recommendation
For your safety and smoother support resolution:
- Please record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.
- The video should begin before opening the package and clearly show the package condition, label, and contents.
This may help in case of any dispute relating to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
13. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, incorrect address, refusal, or repeated non-availability of the customer:
- We may contact you for re-delivery confirmation.
- Additional shipping or handling charges may apply for re-dispatch.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to our Return / Refund Policy after deducting relevant shipping or handling costs, where allowed.
14. International Shipping
- At present, international shipping is available only if specifically confirmed by us.
- Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or compliance requirements for international orders shall be the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise.

- You have not received your order within the expected timeframe
- Tracking has stopped updating for an unusual period
